Poggetto is 20 hectares organic farm in the center of the region that produces Chianti Classico. It is managed by its owners Eva and Fabrizio Tozzi, since 1986, using the most modern system of production. Vinification and ageing takes place in their own wine cellars. As of 2008 Poggetto has entered the Register of Organic Operators.
