Ilim Group is the largest pulp and paper company in Russia and one of the industry leaders globally. The Company is headquartered in St. Petersburg and has production facilities in Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk, Leningrad, and Moscow Oblasts. In 2021, Ilim produced 3.6 million tons of pulp and paper products, including 2.2 million tons of pulp, 815 thousand tons of packaging materials, 532 thousand tons of white papers, 282 million m2 of corrugated packaging. Ilim Group supplies its products to more than 70 countries worldwide.
Ilim Group is upgrading the existing mills and installing new production facilities under its large-scale investment program of around USD 3 billion. As a result, by 2025, the total annual capacity of Ilim’s mills will reach 4.6 million tons of pulp and paper products. Ilim plans not only to strengthen its presence in the foreign markets, but also to become a leader in the domestic packaging market.
