The UVMILK® Ltd is a specialist in the field of fine milk and other liquids filtration for more than 18 years. For the moment we work with 6,000 customers in Russia and 53 countries around the world.
UVMILK® Ltd. has the exclusive right for the production of high-effective milk filters UVMILK®. The company holds the Invention Patent for the "Device for filtration of food liquids, mainly milk" No. 2317841 priority of invention December 27, 2005. There are no analogues of UVMILK® filters in the world.
The quality management system is certified according to international standard ISO 9001:2015 by the German certification authority TUV Thuringen e.V. UVMILK® products are certified according to international 3A standard (sanitary standard).
High-effective milk filter UVMILK® is made of certified materials, which are purchased in PJSC "SIBUR holding" – the Russia's largest integrated gas processing and petrochemicals company (all providers are selected in the framework of the supplier evaluation process "Management of procurements" of the quality management system of UVMILK Ltd. ISO 9001:2015).
Milk filters UVMILK® regularly go through tests to confirm conformity to specifications. All indicators and results of tests/periodic tests are analyzed using statistical methods to identify all kinds of deviation and the cause of these deviations for fast response and corrective/preventive actions.
A five-step quality control is applied to all the manufactured UVMILK® products.
