Our enterprise is the only plant in the Russian Federation for the production of ALMAZ grain-cleaning aerodynamic separators designed for cleaning and sorting any agricultural crops (from poppy, rapeseed, grass seeds to peas, soybeans, beans).
The Almaz machine has the following advantages:
- does not injure grain; low energy consumption (from 2.2 to 37.25 kW, depending on the performance of the machine). Able to process products of any moisture and pollution. High efficiency in operation (machines do not require expensive maintenance, selection and replacement of sieves for each crop, long-term cleaning after each crop, payback per season).
Almaz machines have high technological capabilities. They are capable of:
- separate the mixture of wheat and barley (up to 60% in one pass). Select peas damaged by bruchus, separate rotten corn from healthy (dry), isolate the most viable (biologically valuable) and productive grains from the total mass, improve the class of grain mass (selecting the fodder fraction and bringing it to the condition of marketable grain);
