The Voronezh Scientific Research Institute of Semiconductor Engineering (NIIPM) is one of the key representatives of the electronic engineering in the Russian Federation and one of the oldest developer and manufacturer of special processing equipment for production of microelectronic products.
The Institute works in such fields as photolithography, chemical processing of plates and photomasks, plasmachemical treatment, measuring instrumentation and control and testing equipment.
NIIPM is certified according to ISO9001:2008 standard and licensed to carry out space activity.
Research and manufacturing site of NIIPM includes a number of departments and laboratories engaged in development of the equipment, process engineering, as well as manufacturing plant consisting of several workshops.
