NovoTehRail LLC (NTR LLC) is a carriage building company for the production of freight railcars and spare parts for them, founded on 11.11.2021 on the basis of the predecessor plant due to the infusion of assets from two companies – PJSC Transfin-M and LLC Garant Rail Service.
The company produces:
- finishing axes,
- wheel sets,
- two-axle trolleys,
- covered wagons,
- tank wagons for the transportation of LPG,
and also provides services for the processing of spare parts of freight wagons.
In 2025, the plant began implementing a long-term investment project, within the framework of which production will be modernized: construction and installation works will be carried out, new equipment will be purchased and launched. During its implementation, NTR LLC will master the production of new models of wagons:
