SPK "Taste of the North" (formerly called SPK "Nozma") was founded in 2011, registered in the Mezhdurechensk district of the Vologda region.
In 2018, the membership of the Cooperative changed, the organization was rebranded, the main activity changed and production was moved to Vologda. New life was breathed into the cooperative and a wave of development began, especially in the processing of fruits, berries and vegetables.
In 2019, the investor approved a new direction — the processing of whole milk, primarily on the basis of raw materials from members of the cooperative farm, which is part of the SPPC "Taste of the North".
It took more than 5 months to study the market conditions, to study in detail the assortment of cheeses, their recipes and to compile technological maps. To create high-quality cheese, highly professional technologists who have experience in starting production from scratch were involved.
The workshop was launched in June 2020. Since November 2020, the production of soft Italian Past cheeses has been successfully launched
