100TONG has two foundry plants. South foundry plant, covering 70,000 square meters, about 500 employee.100TONG has seven producing workshops here :two Casting Workshop,Machining Workshop,Moulding Workshop,Polishing Workshop,two Coating & Packing Workshop. All grooved products are produced by the advanced casting tooling of electric furnace melting,auto-casting,and vermicularzing control.There are 6 CNC machines to make mouldings,10 medium frequency furnaces,4 auto-casting lines,more than 50 CNC lathes,3 epoxy & painting lines. The annual production capacity has exceeded 100,000 tons.
North foundry plant, it is built in 2011, about 170,000 square meters. Now it is used to produce the epoxy pipe. We are building two new DISA automatic casting lines which import from Denmark, at the same time, we will install 6 medium frequency furnaces here. It can be put into production at the beginning of 2016. The annual production capacity will be 60,000 tons.
